What can I return?
All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded in case you suddenly change your mind.
However, after your order has arrived to your home, you own 15 natural days to return any item. To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that any items sold out as SALE or CLEARANCE are not eligible for returns.
Which is the process for returns?
Please send an email or complete the form down this page first so I’m aware of the return, thank you! Once done, when accorded, you just have to ship your order back to me (you accept you carry fees for the ship back) - the shipping method should include a tracking number to make sure the item(s) get back to me. If the order do not contain a tracking number, the package could not arrive to me so the refund couldn’t be possible.
Once I receive your package, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’ve been approved, your refund of the item(s) amount, minus shipping costs will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
If you got any item(s) damaged, contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item with photos of proof of damage. If everything is okay, we will offer you a refund or a reshipping of the damaged item(s).
*Some items such as limited editions or similar cannot be returned or replaced as they are one of a kind. If something cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out or similar situations, you will be refunded.
Refunds & Exchanges
I do not offer refunds in case you have mistaken at checkout while writing your address or if you ship back any item without letting me know previously.
