WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Only after your order has arrived to your home, you own 14 natural days to return any item. To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are not available for any item not in its original condition, original packaging, in any damaged condition, items for sale, limited editions, or any item that is returned more than 14 natural days after delivery.
WHICH IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS?

Once done, when accorded, you just have to ship your order back to me (you accept you carry fees for the ship back) - the shipping method should include a tracking number to make sure the item(s) get back to me. If the order do not contain a tracking number, the package could not arrive to me so the refund couldn’t be possible.
Once I receive your package, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’ve been approved, your refund of the item(s) amount minus shipping costs will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This means that you will get a refund of the items you want to refund, but the shipping costs of your order are not included.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
If your refund has been approved, we'll notify you and your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
If you got any item(s) damaged, contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item with photos of proof of damage. If everything is okay, we will offer you a refund or a reshipping of the damaged item(s).
*Some items such as limited editions or similar cannot be returned or replaced as they are one of a kind. If something cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out or similar situations, you will be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, you will need to ship the items you don’t want to us, and then pay for the reshipment of the new items that you want.
